Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dream Media Marketing's website or software (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Dream Media Marketing provides software that lets you schedule and publish video content to third-party social media platforms (currently YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X) through each platform's own official publishing API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, or X.

3. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and connecting social accounts.

4. Connected platform accounts

You must own or have proper authorization to manage each social media account you connect to Dream Media Marketing. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable policies of each platform you post to. Dream Media Marketing is a scheduling and publishing tool — it does not review or approve the content you choose to post.

4a. Third-party platform terms

The Service uses each platform's official API. By connecting a platform account you also agree to that platform's own terms:

• YouTube: the Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Dream Media Marketing's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
• Facebook & Instagram: the Meta Terms of Service and Platform Policies. Revoke access anytime in Facebook Settings > Business integrations.
• TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service. Revoke access anytime in TikTok Settings > Security > Apps & websites.
• X: the X Terms of Service. Revoke access anytime in X Settings > Security > Apps and sessions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any law
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any platform's security or rate-limiting features
• Use the Service for spam, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service outside its intended purpose

6. Fees

Dream Media Marketing is currently offered in early access. Pricing and billing terms for paid plans will be presented and agreed to separately before any charge is made.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or as needed to comply with a platform's API policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that content will always publish successfully, as this depends in part on the availability and policies of third-party platforms outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Media Marketing Agency LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a third-party platform against your connected account.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
