Deleting your data

You can erase everything we hold about you yourself, instantly, inside the app. No email, no waiting, no "request received" limbo.

Delete everything (self-serve, immediate)

Sign in at the app
Open Settings in the left sidebar
Under Danger zone, click Delete my account
Confirm with your password (or your email, if you sign in with Google)

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:

Your account and profile
All connected social account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X) — stored encrypted, erased on deletion
All scheduled and past posts held in our system
Your content library entries and content-group labels
Your storage connection keys (Cloudflare R2 / Amazon S3)
Payment history records

Not deleted: video files inside your own R2/S3/Drive storage — that storage belongs to you, and we don't touch it when you leave. Posts already published to social platforms live on those platforms; remove them there if you wish.

Revoke just one platform

You don't have to delete your whole account to cut one platform off. In the app, open Connected accounts and disconnect it — the stored token is erased at once. You can also revoke from the platform's side (e.g. Facebook Settings → Business integrations), which invalidates the token we hold.

Can't sign in, or want it done for you?

Email support@dreammarketing.media from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by reply.
