This policy explains what data Dream Media Marketing collects, why, and how it's protected.

Dream Media Marketing Agency LLC ("Dream Media Marketing," "we," "us") operates the software and services described at this website (the "Service"). This policy applies to our website and to the Dream Media Marketing publishing platform.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials for your Dream Media Marketing account.
Connected social media data. When you connect a YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X account, we receive an authorization token (OAuth access token) issued directly by that platform. We use this token only to publish content on your behalf, at your direction, and to read basic account information needed to confirm the connection (such as channel/page name and ID). We do not receive your social media password — authentication happens entirely through each platform's own login screen.
Content you upload. Video files, captions, hashtags, and scheduling information you provide in order to publish content.
Storage connection keys. If you connect your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 storage, we store the API keys you provide — encrypted at rest — solely to read your video files at posting time and to measure space used. Usage data. Basic technical logs (timestamps, post status, error messages) used to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
Contact form data. If you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
We do not sell your personal information or your connected account data to third parties. We do not use your content or connected account data for advertising purposes.
Dream Media Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the YouTube upload scope needed to publish videos on your behalf, and we do not use YouTube data for any purpose other than providing the publishing feature you requested.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. In addition to disconnecting inside the app, you can revoke Dream Media Marketing's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
Data obtained through the Meta Graph API (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts) is used solely to publish the content you schedule, to add the optional first comment you configure, and to display posting status back to you, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke access anytime in the app (disconnect the account) or in Facebook Settings > Business integrations.
On paid plans, when you use AI-written captions, the text you provide about a video (its title and description) is sent to one of our AI providers to generate captions and hashtags. Video files themselves are never sent to any AI provider. Free-plan captions are generated from templates entirely on our servers, with no AI provider involved.
Depending on our current configuration, the AI provider is either Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini API). Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. When the Google Gemini API free tier is in use, Google may use submitted text to improve its services, as described in the Gemini API Additional Terms. In both cases only the video title and description text is sent — never your video files, account tokens, or personal details.
Your data is processed by these providers acting on our behalf, under their respective data-protection terms: Render (application hosting, USA), Supabase (database hosting, USA), Google Firebase (website hosting), Anthropic and Google (AI text processing, USA — paid plans only, as described above).
We retain connected-account tokens for as long as your account remains connected. You can disconnect any social account at any time, which revokes our access. Uploaded content and post history are retained for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.
We share information only with: (a) the social media platforms you explicitly connect, for the sole purpose of publishing your scheduled content; (b) infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law.
When you connect a TikTok account, we request only the scopes needed to publish content on your behalf (`video.publish`, `video.upload`) through the TikTok Content Posting API. We do not access or store any TikTok data beyond what is required to publish and confirm the status of your posts, in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
When you connect an X account, we use OAuth 1.0a User Context tokens solely to upload media and publish posts you schedule, in accordance with the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can disconnect any social account or delete your Dream Media Marketing account at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@dreammarketing.media.
You can request deletion of your Dream Media Marketing account and all associated data (including connected-account tokens, uploaded content, and post history) at any time, in either of these ways:
Self-serve deletion (Settings → Delete my account) takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 7 days. Deleting your account immediately revokes all connected-platform tokens (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) so Dream Media Marketing can no longer access those accounts. This is also the Data Deletion Instructions URL provided to Meta and other platforms as part of our app configuration: https://dream-media-marketing.web.app/data-deletion.
We use industry-standard measures to protect stored data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for all connected-account tokens and storage keys (Fernet symmetric encryption), and access controls limiting who can view account tokens. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
