Questions
What counts as an "AI caption"?
One AI generation covers a single video or topic across every platform you selected — writing for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at once is one generation, not three. Run out and posting continues normally; captions come from the smart library instead, and we tell you when that happens rather than quietly downgrading you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, in both directions. Moving down keeps all your data — you just lose access to the features above your plan.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial, and it doesn't expire. Connect one account, publish 10 posts a month, and upgrade only if it earns its place.
What happens if a platform rejects a post?
You'll see the exact error in your post history — an expired token, a policy violation — so you can fix it and retry.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, from Settings — one button, everything as a JSON file. We deliberately leave your social tokens and storage keys out of it: those are credentials, not your data.
