No. We only use each platform's official publishing API — the same ones the platforms provide to approved partners. There are no browser bots, no automation scripts pretending to be you, and no terms-of-service grey areas. That's the whole reason we chose the slower, harder path.
Never. You connect each account through that platform's own login screen, which hands us a limited access token — never your password. Tokens are encrypted before they touch our database, and you can revoke any connection instantly from your dashboard or from the platform itself.
Temporary problems — a network blip, a platform being slow — are retried automatically up to three times with increasing delays. Permanent problems, like an expired token, stop immediately and tell you exactly which account needs reconnecting, so nothing fails silently and nothing gets posted twice.
